Lucee Cesena has had a long and successful career in sales and business development.  She got her start in sales at just 18 years old, when she led a team selling fitness memberships for one of the largest facilities in the nation.  Cesena went on to obtain more extensive sales and customer service expertise working with such companies as Washington Mutual, Cal Fed, and IndyMac Bank, where she was first afforded the opportunity to build business for the institution’s mortgage loan department.  Cesena proved an adept relationship builder in her new role as business development manager, and grew the territory to increase the number of mortgage brokers and loans serviced by the organization.  After the mortgage industry crashed, Cesena transferred her skills into payroll services, going on to work with ADP, a Fortune World’s Most Admired Company seven years in a row, and the number one leader in the industry.  She built a tremendous amount of revenue into the company by directly soliciting small and mid-size corporations to work with the company.  Today, Cesena is a valuable consultant to The HELLON Corporation by providing sales strategies and implementation to boost revenue for our customers’ businesses in the form of sponsorships, customer acquisition and strategic alliances.  Cesena also provides business support services for our clients by making sure they are compliant with their corporations, setting up new corporations and dbas, corporation minutes and their articles of organization.
